🚦 Regional Operations Manager – Midlands 🚦

Full-Time | £60,000–£70,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Up to 15% Bonus

Location: Midlands (must live within region)

Travel: Regular multi-site travel

An established UK infrastructure services business is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead performance across multiple depots in the Midlands.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be accountable for delivering financial and operational targets across the region, while building a high‑performing, collaborative leadership team.

This is a multi‑site operational leadership role with full responsibility for safety, commercial performance, customer satisfaction and depot capability.

• Lead and develop Depot Managers across several sites
• Deliver regional KPIs across safety, revenue, profitability and cash flow
• Drive operational excellence and compliance standards
• Strengthen customer relationships and support regional growth
• Ensure effective commercial governance and cost control
• Champion continuous improvement and digital system adoption

• Proven experience leading multi‑site operational teams
• Strong commercial and P&L awareness
• Confident managing client relationships
• KPI‑driven with a strong safety mindset
• Resilient, hands‑on and able to manage competing priorities

Candidates must be based within the Midlands due to the regional nature of the role.
