Role:
Registered Manager – Nottinghamshire
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong day-to-day leadership
- Ensure full CQC compliance (minimum “Good” rating)
- Lead recruitment, supervision & staff development
- Oversee safeguarding, care plans & resident wellbeing
- Manage budgets & operational performance
- Build strong partnerships with professionals & agencies
- Minimum 5 years’ healthcare experience
- 2+ years in a management role
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting adults with SEBD
- Proven CQC inspection success
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS
