We’re recruiting for an experienced and passionate High Intensity CBT Team Leader / Step 3 Team Leader to join an innovative and successful Talking Therapies service. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team delivering evidence-based psychological therapies within a person-centred, holistic, and accessible wellbeing model.
- Manage your own caseload while inspiring and supporting your team to meet both service and individual targets.
- Bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
- Experience in supervising therapists is essential.
- IAPT Supervision Course training is desirable but not required.
