• Competitive basic salary of £50,000+ per annum (negotiable)

• Lead and motivate sales teams across four regional sites

• Support and mentor team members to achieve their individual and collective targets

• Proven leadership experience within the automotive used car sector
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes and retail operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Track record of delivering sales growth and meeting targets
• Ability to manage multiple sites effectively and develop high-performing teams
