We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self‑motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 consultancy. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.
- Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, leading inclusively and leveraging diverse perspectives to create a great workplace
- Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise their potential and celebrate the success of others
- Act as a role model for a One Business culture, balancing the needs of people, clients, shareholders and society with the highest integrity
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunities
- Proven track record delivering high‑quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Professional qualification (RICS or similar)
- Degree or HNC‑level qualification
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
