General Manager - Four Star Hotel

Joseph Search is currently recruiting exclusively for our family run client who has a global presence. They have a great opportunity available for a commercially astute General Manager who is looking to start a new role within the next 4 weeks.

You will have a proven history of experience as a Hotel General Manager, managing hotels with 50 bedrooms or more, with the ability to develop sales, maximise revenue and occupancy and drive the F&B offering.

The ideal candidate will have superb determination & pride in their work, reinforced with excellent communication, leadership and staff-training skills.
