Midlands (Nottingham / Derby) & surrounding area - regional travel required

Permanent | 40 hours per week

Base salary £58,543.00 (inc standby payments)

This role is for an experienced supermarket Refrigeration Supervisor who will be crucial to the delivery of PPM, reactive and testing work streams whilst supporting with technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate.

This role will require you to manage, supervise, influence and build strong working relationships with the customer, internal teams and regional Refrigeration Engineers.

The role is responsible for effectively planning and leading refrigeration teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and company standards. This role is also responsible for overseeing all technical standards within the operation. You will be the technical expert and key account holder for FGas ensuring maintenance of our obligations to ensure our ongoing membership, in addition you will support and guide engineers through any training

This role is responsible for parts and quote approvals within the agreed limits. Management and approval of overtime.

This role is currently responsible for managing a technical team consisting of refrigeration engineers.

Essential

• NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
• Experience working on supermarket refrigeration systems
• Full UK driving licence
