Print & DM Account Director - Buckinghamshire

Overview

A successful printing & mailing company is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Director. This role requires the person to be based in the office 5 days a week, so we are looking for someone within close commuting distance.

This role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of client accounts, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual obligations. You will be accountable for developing and operationally managing the account, ensuring exceptional operational support is delivered efficiently, as well as retaining, developing, and ensuring compliance for each account.

You will be expected to persuade and influence both externally and internally; gaining credibility with peers and providing effective leadership and support to your dedicated team are key elements of this role.

• Experience in a print & mailing production environment
• Executing and managing contracted print accounts
• Understanding planning, operational, and financial management
• Proven experience of service delivery
• Developing and executing solutions
