Position: Aftersales Supervisor/ Workshop controller

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our dealership as we’re on the lookout for an Aftersales Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

As an Aftersales Supervsior you will drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and a first time fix.

Role

Description:
  • Manage the flow of work, optimising the skills and resource available.
  • Ensure optimum repair quality on every job.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Develop the skills, training and career progression of team members.
  • Manage the flow and stock of parts required within the workshop.
  • Communicate across the department on the progress of work.
  • Optimise operational processes within the Customer Journey, such as Vehicle Health Checks.
  • Ensure Compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT and relevant Health & Safety regulations.
