Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Interim Private Sector Housing Manager based in Kent. This role is essential in leading an established Private Sector Housing team and supporting ongoing legislative changes. The candidate will oversee enforcement processes, including HMO Licensing and compliance.
The ideal applicant will have strong operational management experience in a Local Authority, a solid understanding of housing legislation, and will be confident in leading teams. This full-time position offers hybrid working opportunities, accommodating three days in the office and two days from home.
