Tristone Nash Ltd is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead a team of compliance surveyors and assistants in managing safety and compliance within social housing. Responsibilities include overseeing contractors, ensuring the timely completion of works, and implementing building safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a Registered Social Housing Provider and qualifications such as P402 or P405 and NEBOSH Health & Safety Management. A fire safety qualification is advantageous.
