Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end bid process from qualification through to submission.

- Review, refine, and proofread bid materials to a high standard while maintaining bid integrity.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including the Managing Director, Commercial Director, Design Manager, and Sales Leads.
- Ensure win themes align with internal capability and client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by evolving bid processes, structure, and output quality.
- Create a more efficient, scalable function with the opportunity to grow the team over time.

- Creative: able to differentiate bids and tell a compelling story.
- Structured: bring control and clarity to a high-volume environment.
- Influential: confident working with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Background is flexible; what matters is the ability to deliver winning bids and improve how they’re done.
- A successful, growing business with strong market presence.
- Low staff turnover; people genuinely enjoy working here.
- A solid team already in place, open to new ideas and leadership.
- Real scope to shape the function and make it your own.
- £45,000 – £55,000 (flexible for the right person).
- 10% bonus.
- 5% matched pension.
- Private healthcare.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- 36-hour working week.
- Office-based in Nottingham.
