Job Overview
As Chief Product Officer, you'll be a key member of MHR’s Executive Leadership Team, shaping company strategy and leading our Product organisation.
You will work closely with senior executives, the Board, customers, and industry partners to drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.

- Influence company‑wide decision‑making as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

- Define and deliver MHR’s product vision, ensuring solutions drive customer success and competitive advantage.
- Deliver profitable growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams and future leaders.
- Partner with executive colleagues to align strategy, operations, and customer outcomes.
- Build MHR’s profile with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
We are looking for an experienced executive leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, innovation, and transformation within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. You will bring strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate ambitious goals into measurable business outcomes.
Must possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
