Volker Highways, part of Volker Wessels UK, is seeking a Foreman to lead traffic management operations from our West Sussex depots. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NHSS 12 and Chapter 8 while supervising operatives and coordinating with clients and authorities.
The role requires a valid CSCS card, NHSS 12A/B Foreman, NHSS 12D M1-M6, and a full UK driving license;
First Aid at Work is desirable. A proactive, safety-first mindset is essential.
