Our Team Manager roles are vital leadership positions, leading and supporting social work teams to deliver high-quality, child-centred services that improve outcomes for children, young people and families across Nottingham.
Working collaboratively with practitioners, partners and stakeholders, you will oversee excellent practice, develop and inspire your team, and help shape inclusive, responsive services that make a real difference.
You will bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for supporting practitioners to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

What We Offer- Team Manager (Grade J) Salary £51,356 - £54,495
