Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student
Compliance Coordinator
. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Notthingham.

• Managing all HMO licence applications and renewals
• Overseeing gas safety compliance and ensuring all certificates remain valid
• Coordinating EICR inspections, reports, and any required remedial works
• Managing PAT testing schedules and maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensuring Legionella risk assessments are completed, reviewed, and actioned
• Overseeing fire alarm certification and fire risk assessments across the portfolio
• Maintaining up-to-date compliance records and responding quickly to risks, warnings, or expiring documentation

• Strong organisational skills to balance deadlines, contractors, and certification cycles
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in meeting statutory requirements
• A collaborative approach, working closely with property managers to support smooth operations
• Resilience and calm decision‑making when urgent compliance issues arise
• Confidence using compliance and property management systems, with strong reporting capability
• Understanding of student lettings and the annual operational cycle (desirable)
