Fostering QA, Recruitment, Assessment & Panel Manager
East Midlands| England | up to £49,000
We're recruiting an experienced Fostering QA, Recruitment, Assessment & Panel Manager to join a growing fostering service. This senior leadership role is ideal for a Social Work England registered Social Worker with significant fostering experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment, assessment, home-finding and fostering panel functions.
- Quality assure Form F Assessments and fostering processes.
- Manage and develop recruitment and marketing staff.
- Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.
- Support Ofsted readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager.
- Participate in the Out of Hours management rota.
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in children's social care.
- Extensive fostering experience.
- Experience with Form F Assessments, fostering panels and quality assurance.
- Leadership and people management experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Up to £49,000 per annum
- Hybrid working
