In this field-based role, you will lead regional TPS performance across Central and East England, overseeing 16 TPS centres to drive turnover and profitability. You'll shape growth through programmes and collaboration with investor networks, ensuring compliant, well-resourced operations and high customer service standards. The role balances in-field and office work, requiring practical leadership to implement tactical and strategic initiatives. You will influence centre culture, share best practices, and partner with National Sales to maximise results.

This is a dynamic role for someone who drives change and measurable performance in a large automotive aftersales network.

• Deliver regional TPS turnover and profit objectives
• Drive sales results from TPS growth programmes and marketing activity
• Agree and review monthly performance commitments with TPS Centres
• Implement and manage TPS growth initiatives and programmes
• Use reporting and data to performance manage and drive continuous improvement
• Identify and share best practice to improve business efficiency
• Influence a step change in network culture and people management
• Collaborate with National Sales and Account teams to maximise performance delivery
