Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of our high-street cafe operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week. You will lead frontline staff, maintain hygiene standards, and support the manager with daily tasks across our venue network in the Nottingham area.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams, strong communication and customer service, and the ability to work under pressure.
