JLL is seeking a Compliance Operations Lead in Cheshire to bridge hands-on compliance with operational team leadership. You will own the DART system data integrity, oversee a small team, and ensure regulatory alignment across the UK.
Reporting to the UK & European Engineering Support & Compliance Manager, you will develop team capability, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive escalation-ready processes while remaining hands-on in core compliance tasks.
