We are working with an established private provider who is looking to appoint an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Opportunity
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained.
You will lead, motivate and develop a dedicated staff team while creating positive outcomes for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Individuals passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
Essential Requirements
Previous experience within a children's residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
Experience leading and developing residential care teams
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
