Mencap is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead the function across a national organisation, reporting to the Head of Safeguarding and Compliance. You will provide expert advice, oversee systems, support operational teams to manage risk, and lead a team of Health and Safety Advisors.
You will promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legislation, and partner with colleagues to safeguard people with learning disabilities, staff and visitors.
