Customer Service Team Leader
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate and develop an established sales team. This is a hands-on role focused on driving performance, improving engagement and supporting commercial growth.

The Role:
Lead, motivate and coach the sales team
Conduct 1-1s and performance reviews
Monitor KPIs, targets and activity levels
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Support recruitment, onboarding and training
Introduce new ideas to improve team performance and engagement
Work closely with teams across different locations The Candidate:
Previous sales, telesales or customer service team leadership experience
Strong KPI and target-driven approach
Commercially minded with a focus on growth
Confident, engaging and motivational
Hands-on with the ability to establish authority
Proactive and able to bring fresh ideas
Full driving licence beneficial
