** Why You Will Love this Job**## The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Commercial Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing contractual risk, supporting project delivery and ensuring robust commercial governance across Rehlko's portfolio of hyperscale and industrial projects.

This is a senior commercial position responsible for negotiating, reviewing and administering complex customer agreements, whilst providing expert contractual guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will become the commercial lead for major customer contracts, helping to protect the business from unnecessary risk whilst enabling sustainable growth and strong customer relationships.## ##

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the review, negotiation and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs and associated commercial contracts.
* Identify, assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support sales, estimating and project delivery teams during tendering and contract award stages.
* Ensure contractual obligations are clearly communicated and understood by operational teams.
* Develop and maintain robust contract governance processes and controls.
* Support the implementation and ongoing management of contract lifecycle management systems.
* Monitor contractual KPIs, service levels and compliance requirements.
* Act as the escalation point for contractual disputes, claims and commercial challenges.
