About the role:

The Business Unit Director (BUD) – position is responsible for general management, sales and P&L of the LCM/LPA/TTO/TIJ product lines within a matrix organization. In direct coordination with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Service, Operations, Procurement, Engineering and R&D, this individual will establish a strategic vision for the product lines driving growth, profitability, and on a global basis.  This position is part of the global Business Unit Management group and will report to the Sr.

Director of Business Unit Management.
In this role, you will:
Develop product line strategy plan: 1 and 3 year vision, business cases, high-level use cases/requirements, and revenue that compliments Videojet’s overall strategy. Relevant field commercial experience

In depth understanding of competitors, their products and strategies with an eye to understand their full positioning and plans of attack.
