The Role As a Branch Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day running and performance of the branch Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability Monitor figures, performance metrics, and overall branch results Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards Build strong relationships within the local market Help strengthen and grow the company brand Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and support continued business growth Branch Manager Requirements Proven experience within estate agency Strong experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
