The Role As a Branch Manager, you will:
Take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the branch Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability Monitor figures, performance, and overall branch results Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards Build strong relationships within the local market Help strengthen the company's presence and brand within the area Identify opportunities to improve team performance and support business growth Branch Manager Requirements Proven experience within estate agency Strong background in an Estate Agency Manager / Branch Manager position Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a successful team Strong communication and people management skills Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
