From £47,500 per annum Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a residential care service? We are looking for a confident and passionate leader to oversee the quality, performance and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring people receive safe, effective and truly person-centred care. Our home provides car and support for adults with complex needs or behaviours that challenge About the Role of Registered Manager You will:
Lead, support and develop the management and care team. Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and quality improvement. Manage recruitment, supervision and staff performance. Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals. Manage staffing and budgets effectively. Create a positive environment where people feel valued, respected and empowered. Drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of the service.
Requirements of Registered Manager We are looking for someone who has:
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in adult social care . Experience working in a regulated care environment. Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA and DoLS. Proven leadership and staff management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A calm, resilient and compassionate approach. A genuine commitment to improving people's lives. Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge would be advantageous.
