Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Home Nottingham | 60,000–65,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a trusted and established Children’s Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Nottingham?
This is an opportunity to manage a service where stability, quality, and long-term outcomes genuinely matter—and where you will have the autonomy to make a meaningful difference.

Package & Benefits Salary: 60,000–65,000 per annum
28 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Your
Key Responsibilities Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability.
Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care.
Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment.
Build positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders.
About You Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s EBD home.
Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it.
A confident, passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and therapeutic care.
