RECenergy is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Nottingham. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations.
The role offers a 55,000 base salary with bonuses up to 60,800 OTE, an outstanding Ofsted incentive, occupancy bonuses, a pension, training, and a supportive leadership team as you build the service from the ground up.
