This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills who are passionate about delivering excellent care, supporting staff development and making a positive difference to people's lives.

• Support the day-to-day management and coordination of care services.
• Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to support staff.
• Help maintain high standards of person-centred care.
• Support staff training, development and performance.
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments and quality monitoring.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed.
• Work closely with senior management to support effective service delivery.
• Promote a positive, supportive and professional working environment.

• Previous experience in health or social care.
• Experience supervising or leading a care team.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A sound understanding of safeguarding and care standards.
• The ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Relevant health and social care qualifications are desirable.

• £29,952–£39,936 per annum, depending on contracted hours.
