CNC Machinist – Day Shift

HSM Engineering is expanding and we’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on a permanent day shift. If you’re confident in setting and operating CNC machines and enjoy producing high-quality precision components, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

* Set and operate CNC machines across Haas 3-axis, 5-axis, turn/mill and turning platforms

* Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances

* Perform in-process inspection and ensure quality standards are met

* Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workflow

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

What we’re looking for:

* Strong experience setting and operating CNC machinery

* Confident working with Haas controls

* Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings

* A proactive, reliable team player with good attention to detail

* Aerospace or precision engineering experience beneficial
