Permanent Position

GI Pro are recruiting for both a CNC Miller and a CNC Turner for our precision engineering client based in Nottingham. The role will involve programming, setting and operating a variety of machinery.

The role:

* You will be programming, setting and operating either milling or turning machines (online)

* Using Mazatrol controls, but other control usage will be accepted.

* Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality

* Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings

* Producing bespoke and low batch work components

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Person Specification:

* CNC Milling or CNC Turning experience is essential

* Programming experience would be preferred, however strong setting and operating experience would be accepted

* Ideally worked with Mazatrol controls but not essential

* Ability to work from technical drawings and use measurement tools

* Positive and pro-active approach
