Bench Joiner

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Bench Hand Joiner to join our workshop team at our well respected client based in Beeston, a leading manufacturer of bespoke joinery and high-end timber products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated craftsperson who takes pride in precision work and has a strong background in producing custom woodwork for commercial or residential projects.

Working hours:

07:00 - 15:30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture high-quality joinery products including doors, windows, staircases, cabinets, and bespoke fittings Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and job specifications Use a variety of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools Carry out assembly, sanding, finishing, and fitting as required Ensure products are built to exact specifications and high-quality standards Work closely with the workshop team and supervisors to meet project deadlines Requirements:
Proven experience as a bench joiner or in a similar joinery/carpentry role Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes Ability to read and work from technical drawings Skilled with hand tools and woodworking machinery Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (preferred) Benefits:
