Position: Skilled Sheet Metal Welder (Permanent)
Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator (TIG)

Site based role commutable from Nottingham, Carlton, Arnold, Hucknall, West Bridgford, Beeston, Bingham, Newark

£32,500-£36,500 (£16-£18 per hour, 39 hour week) + OTE (5 hrs overtime per week at 1.5x) + Mon to Fri (7.00am-4:30pm) + Early Finish Friday (3:30pm) + Plenty of Overtime + In House Training + Progression Opportunities

Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator / TIG Welder who can confidently weld, fabricate from drawings, and think on your feet when building bespoke components?

This is a great opportunity to join a well established engineering manufacturer with a strong order book and plenty of overtime available. The company specialises in sheet metal welding and fabrication for large commercial and high street brands, producing bespoke display units and retail fixtures.

You will be working in a workshop environment fabricating and TIG welding sheet metal components, interpreting fabrication drawings, and taking ownership of builds from start to finish. This is a role for a confident fabricator who enjoys problem solving, variety in their work, and earning strong money through overtime.

This position would suit an experienced Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator who is comfortable welding and fabricating independently and is looking for long term stability with progression.

The Role:

* TIG welding and fabricating sheet metal components

* Reading and interpreting fabrication and engineering drawings

* Working independently to fabricate components, solve build issues, and meet quality standards

The Person :

* Experienced Sheet Metal Welder / Fabricator with strong TIG welding skills

* Confident reading drawings and fabricating without constant supervision

* Looking for progression, overtime, and long term career stability
