FLT Yard Operative - Combi​/Sideloader​/Multidirectional

Location: Nottinghamshire

Our busy Kirkby-in-Ashfield based client are currently seeking an experienced FLT Yard Operative for their modern and innovative facility with immediate effect, on a temp to perm basis.

The Role:

* Safely loading and unloading new and finished product from production areas in yard area using an FLT.

* This role will be around 75% hands on work (in the yard / production areas) and 25% on the the FLT's.

* This role will mostly be working in the yard area so you will be subject to all weather conditions.

* General machine minding, visual inspection and basic quality control.

* Ensuring working areas are clean, tidy and safe at all times.

Personal Attributes:

* Excellent timekeeping & attendance

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Previous experience of working within a yard role in an industrial environment would be advantageous.

Essential:

* FLT Counterbalance license - this must be in-date and nationally recognised

* You will also need either Combi, Side loader or Multidirectional experience or an in-house license.

Hours of Work:

* Monday to Thursday, 7am-4:45pm & Friday, 7am-3:30pm

With regular overtime available in peaks.

Pay:

 * £13.15 per hour
