Materials & Joining Specialist

Advanced Construction Manufacturing Technology & Innovation Were seeking a Materials & Joining Specialist to define the material and joining strategies for a new generation of industrialised construction products. This is a product industrialisation role, focused on what we manufacture and how it is joined ensuring designs are structurally sound, manufacturable at scale, cost-effective, and suitable for automated or semi-automated production.

The role sits upstream of equipment selection but requires strong, practical knowledge of manufacturing and joining processes to keep product decisions industrially realistic.

Materials and steel grades Sections and profiles Coatings and corrosion strategies
