Diagnosing faults, restoring production, protecting people and plant, and handing over cleanly to the next team. What youll bring Completed electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent) NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Electrical Engineering 17th or 18th Edition (18th preferred) Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Strong fault-finding ability on 3-phase systems, motors, panels & plant Comfortable on 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation A safety-first mindset isolations, permits, risk awareness Confident working independently and communicating clearly at handover This role suits electricians who want more than just a job those ready to step into a serious industrial environment and build a long-term career in plant maintenance and reliability.
