We’re looking for an experienced industrial cleaner who’s happy to keep the factory clean and safe while supporting skilled engineering teams.
We offer- £26,500 per year plus opportunity of earning overtime
- Equivalent to £13.00 to £13.60 per hour
- Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–12:00
- 9% private pension contribution
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Subsidised canteen meals
It would be to your advantage if you have your own transport. Plans have been put into place to arrange a shuttle bus from Uxbridge in the future.

What you’ll do:- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production environment
- Sweep and clean machining areas, walkways, and external yard areas
- Empty bins and manage recycling according to regulations
- Monitor and separate swarf and factory waste correctly
- Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience in a factory or industrial environment
- Must have a stable 5‑year career history
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety policies
- Understanding of waste disposal and recycling regulations
- Stable work history over the last 5 years
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to learn
