Injection Moulding Setter - Days - Permanent Role! Location - Nottingham, NG7 Salary - Excellent base salary with added shift premium. Our clients Injection Moulding team is expanding, and we're looking for talented, experienced setters to help them to continue delivering high-quality plastic components to customers across the globe. If you're passionate about precision, efficiency, and working with cutting-edge moulding technology, this is your chance to make a real impact.

About the Role As an Injection Moulding Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule. You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state-of-the-art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high-quality output. What They're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T A strong quality-focused mindset Excellent problem-solving abilities Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry Why Join Them?
