Our clients Injection Moulding team is expanding, and we're looking for talented, experienced setters to help them to continue delivering high-quality plastic components to customers across the globe. About the Role As an Injection Moulding Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule. You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state-of-the-art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high-quality output. Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T A strong quality-focused mindset Excellent problem-solving abilities Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry Why Join Them?
