New Opportunity – Digital Print Production Operative (Rotational Shifts)

Recruit 2 You is working with a well‑established UK manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Digital Print Production Operative to join their busy Digital Print team on a rotational shift basis.

As the new Digital Print Production Operative
, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality printed products to customer specification within a fast‑paced production environment. This is a hands‑on role involving digital printing machinery, design software and quality control, offering a long‑term opportunity within a growing business.

• Produce high‑quality products in line with customer specifications
• Operate Mimaki digital printers efficiently
• Use Corel Draw and Rasterlink software
• Carry out quality checks on all products before dispatch
• Maintain a clean working environment and adhere to Health & Safety standards
• Support training of new team members when required
• Work collaboratively as part of a busy production team
• Use initiative to solve problems and improve processes

• Previous experience in digital printing
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and think creatively
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
• Good spelling and grammar skills

• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 and ISO
  14001
• Experience using Mimaki printing machinery

• From £12.22 per hour
• Two unpaid 15‑minute breaks per day
• This is a full‑time, permanent position
• Casual dress

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am–1:00pm

• Monday–Thursday: 1:45pm–9:45pm
• Friday: 12:45pm–7:45pm
