Overview

We have a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about print to join an established and progressive business. We are looking for a hard‑working candidate who goes above and beyond to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibility will be to take ownership of each job assigned, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, meeting appropriate service level agreements.

• Setting web machinery in accordance with the works’ instructions, ensuring the quality of finished work and compliance with ISO, BRC and any other standards and operating procedures;
• Maintaining the machine at optimum performance to maximise efficiencies;
• Ensuring the machine is fully compliant with all Health and Safety requirements;
• Recording all information relating to the machine output correctly.

• Recent, relevant and proven machine minder experience – making ready and running web printing equipment;
• Ability to work under pressure while continuously improving;
• Capability to act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change;
• Understanding and carrying out instructions;
• Working well within a small team with good listening and communication skills;
• Capacity to work unsupervised with a flexible approach to working hours.
