About our company

Purpose of the role

To operate Stoll machines according to production plans and specifications to deliver high quality products and meet customer demands.

The day to day
  • To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.
  • Produce products to the agreed specification by following processes.
  • Quality checking to ensure a quality product is knitted and delivered to the customer.
  • Maintain Stoll machines in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth running operation and efficiency of the machine.
  • Ensure a smooth shift handover by attending daily meetings.
  • Change over machines to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing process.
Other Considerations
  • Data input required.
  • Previous experience, or an understanding of, continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with in a production environment and/or machine operator role would be beneficial.
  • Methodical approach.
Shift Pattern

This position requires working a 3‑week rotational shift pattern with options for overtime.

  • Week 1:
    Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Week 2:
    Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Week 3:
    Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00
