The Role of Production Team Leader:

• Coordinating the carrot wash line workflow to meet customer orders

• Becoming proficient in the camera grading system

• Planning and prioritising workloads to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime

• Resolve issues quickly to minimise production disruption

• Managing stock levels and materials

• Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed

• Keeping all paperwork accurate and up to date

• Maintaining Health & Safety compliance

• Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

• Leading and supporting team members to achieve production targets

What we need from you:

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused

• Confident leading and motivating a team

Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills

• Organised with strong multitasking abilities

• Previous experience operating plant machinery within a food production environment

• Good standard of English and Maths

• Intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to adapt and respond positively to changing workplace situations

• Decision making and conflict resolution

• Mentoring and emotional intelligence

• Numerical and organisational skills
