This CNC Miller role offers long-term stability, structured working patterns and the chance to work on precision-critical parts where quality comes first.

• Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 39 hours
• Overtime available on Fridays from 6:30am to 12:00pm, paid at x1.5
• Core working window of 6:00am to 6:00pm, with required attendance between 8:00am and 4:30pm
• 195 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays, equivalent to 25 days
• Christmas shutdown from 22nd December through to New Year
• Additional shutdown in May, using annual leave
• Sick pay of 4 hours per day at full pay after one year of service
• One annual pay review per year
• A stable, long-established Aerospace manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and retention

• Programming, setting and operating horizontal CNC milling machines
• Manufacturing low batch, high-precision Aerospace components
• Writing, editing and proving programs using Fanuc controls
• Working from detailed engineering drawings and route cards
• Carrying out self-inspection to strict Aerospace quality standards

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller within Aerospace manufacturing
• Strong background working with horizontal milling machines
• Ability to program, set and operate independently
• Confident use of Fanuc language
• Experience producing low-volume, tight-tolerance components
