Salary: Up To 40,000.00 Per Annum

A well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and continuous improvement. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a CNC Programmer to support their machine shop operations.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business where you'll play a key role in supporting production, improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Create, edit and optimise CNC machine programs
- Support production through program improvements and troubleshooting
- Liaise with production, tooling and engineering teams
- Ensure programs meet quality and health & safety requirements
- Support continuous improvement activities across the machine shop
About You
- Previous CNC programming experience
- CNC machining background
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and team-focused approach
- Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
