Hours:

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 6:00am 1:00pm 1:00pm 8:00pm Weekend shifts are also available. Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients in Corby for an experienced Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual with previous machine operating experience who can hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring production processes and quality standards Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults Reading and interpreting technical drawings Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following company procedures and health & safety regulations Working as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements:
Previous machine operating experience is essential Ability to read and interpret technical drawings FLT licence is desirable but not essential Strong awareness of health & safety procedures Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and quality standards Willingness to work rotating shifts This is a fantastic opportunity for a go-getter looking to develop their skills and secure long-term employment with a reputable company.
