Production Line Operator - FTC

As a Production Operator in our Solid Dose Manufacturing department, you will keep operations running like clockwork. This hands‑on role in a GMP pharmaceutical environment involves operating packing machinery, troubleshooting routine stoppages, and ensuring compliance with quality checks and electronic quality software. It offers the chance to contribute to process improvements and work within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Duration: FTC – 4 Months

• Learn to operate manufacturing and packing machinery to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot and understand routine stoppages for machinery in your area.
• Fully understand all required Quality Checks in compliance with pharmaceutical regulation.
• Be trained to operate our Electronic Quality Software.
• Involve yourself in generating ideas to improve line performance.
• Carry out operations‑based maintenance and lubrication of your machinery to reduce downtime.
• Operate machinery on a solo basis or as part of a multi‑skilled packing team.
