Enva is a leading recycler and resource recovery provider operating across the UK. We are seeking a proactive Night Shift Supervisor to lead overnight operations at the Colwick site, supervising operatives and ensuring safe, productive processing of recyclables.
You will oversee plant operations, coordinate daily activities with maintenance and management, and promote a strong safety culture while achieving production targets during the night shift.
