Job Title:

Production Engineer.

Location:

Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. Salary:
Up to £45,000 per annum.

• Interpret customer drawings and specifications.
• Produce quotations and support customer discussions.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Provide technical support to production teams on the shop floor.
• Monitor job progress and help resolve production or technical issues.
• Carry out inspection and quality checks on finished components.
• Manage concessions, NCRs, and customer quality queries.
• Support audits and maintain quality system requirements.
• Oversee packaging and dispatch of completed parts.

Strong engineering background, ideally within composites or a related manufacturing sector. Confident decision‑maker with the ability to take ownership of tasks and outcomes. Comfortable balancing technical engineering work, customer interaction, production support, and quality responsibilities.

Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience. Opportunity to be the first dedicated Production Engineer in the business. High responsibility role with direct impact on operations and delivery. Close‑knit, fast‑moving working environment.
